This notice covers only the waitlist at dra24.com. It does not cover the DrA24 app, which is not yet available and will have its own notice.
Who is responsible for your data
DrA24 is a project in development, operated from Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. While the definitive entity is being incorporated, Smart Business Capital Inversiones México, S.A.P.I. de C.V. is responsible for processing your personal data for the purposes described in this notice. You can contact us at hola@dra24.com. This notice will be updated with the details of the definitive entity as soon as it exists.
What data we collect
Your WhatsApp number and whether you signed up as a patient or as a doctor. That is all we need to save you a spot. Email is optional: if you leave it, we use it to send you the confirmation.
We also store the moment you agreed to be contacted on WhatsApp, so we can show that you gave us that permission.
If you decide to answer the optional questions, we also store the option you chose for each one, the topics you marked, and whether you asked the team to interview you. If you are a doctor and write in the optional box, we store that text.
If you arrived through someone else’s link, we store that origin to know how people are finding us.
What we do not collect
No health data. We do not ask about symptoms, conditions, medications or anything clinical, and there is no field on this page where you could write them if you are a patient.
We do not use tracking cookies and we do not identify you between visits. The only cookie on the site is technical and for security: when you open the page we store a signed timestamp whose sole purpose is to tell a person filling in the form apart from an automated program. It lasts half an hour, carries none of your data, and is not shared with anyone. We do not store your IP address either, and there are no third-party scripts: no external analytics, no advertising pixels, no chat widgets.
To know which sections get read we use a random identifier that lives in your browser’s memory and disappears when you close the tab. It cannot be used to recognize you later.
What we use it for
To message you on WhatsApp when we open, so you are among the first in Mérida. Only for that: we will not send you advertising or add you to any mailing list.
To understand what weighs on people most and in what order to solve it.
To order the list: referrals move up whoever brought them.
To contact you if you accepted an interview with the team.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone who wants to sell you something.
Where your data lives
We store it with a database infrastructure provider whose servers are outside Mexico. It is a transfer necessary to provide the service, and we inform you of it expressly.
How long we keep it
Until we open and give you your access, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to access your data, correct it, cancel it, or object to our using it. You can also revoke at any time the consent you gave us when you signed up.
Write to us at hola@dra24.com saying what you want and which email you signed up with. We reply through the same channel.
Changes to this notice
If anything changes, we publish the new version at this same address with its update date.
